In February, Jennifer and I ate at the Park City Grill, the restaurant inside the Park City Marriott. The food was good, but one dish stood out way above the rest. The deep fried artichoke hearts.
I know, I know, who needs another batter fried food to clog their arteries? Well give this one a chance. The crispy batter was light and delicious and the warm tender artichoke hearts were divine. The restaurant served them with a mayonnaise based dip, but we preferred them plain or with some ranch dressing.
You should definitely stop by and try these after a trip down the slopes.
